The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4 Vision and GPT-4o) to analyze ingredients and generate recipe recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

All content, features, and functionality of MoodFoodz (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and software) are owned by MoodFoodz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

When you upload photos or provide feedback to MoodFoodz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content to provide and improve the Service.

4.3 Generated Recipes

Recipes generated by MoodFoodz are provided for your personal use. While you're free to cook and share these recipes, you acknowledge that similar recipes may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions, errors, or technical issues

5.4 AI-Generated Content

Recipe suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors, unusual combinations, or inaccurate information. Always use your best judgment when cooking.

6. Third-Party Services

MoodFoodz integrates with third-party services (primarily OpenAI). Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
